What window cleaning costs
Price depends on two things: the size of the property and how often you want it done. A terrace on a six weekly round costs a lot less per visit than a detached house cleaned once. Regular rounds are cheaper because there is less to shift each time.

What is included in every clean
A clean covers the whole window, not the pane on its own. The glass is washed and rinsed, then the frame, the sill and the rubber seals get the same attention. Green growth on a sill is the part people notice from the garden, so it does not get left behind and it does not cost extra.

How often should windows be cleaned
Most UK homes need exterior windows cleaned every four to eight weeks. Road dust, rain splash and pollen build up faster than people expect, and the film is usually obvious within a month of the last clean.
Rural and tree lined properties need it more often. Sap, leaf debris and bird mess land harder on houses near hedgerows and mature trees, and that is a lot of the villages around Banbury.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Do you clean the frames and sills as well as the glass?

Do I need to be home when you come?
No. The whole job is done from the ground at the front and back, so you do not need to let anyone in or move anything. You get a message before the visit and a payment link after it.
What happens if it rains on my clean day?
Light rain does not affect the result. Pure water dries clear, so rain landing on a clean window leaves nothing behind. If the weather is bad enough to make the work unsafe, the visit moves to the next dry day and you are told when.
Do you clean conservatory windows?
Yes. Conservatory side panels can be added to a standard window clean. The roof panels, finials and guttering are a separate job because they take longer and need different kit.
